These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kk38 platform, available at https://kk38.cam/ (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by kk38 and is intended as an English-language online sports betting and live casino information service targeting users in Pakistan.

kk38 provides information about sports betting markets, live casino products, bonus structures, payment methods and responsible gambling tools. The Platform is an information and access portal and does not itself operate gambling products directly — all gambling activity takes place through operators referenced on or accessible via the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing content, creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers or contacting support — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any account you hold. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age does not alone make gambling lawful in Pakistan — you must independently verify your legal position.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local, national and international law.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts and accounts held on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or from any associated Operator.
• You are not a compulsive gambler, or if you have previously self-excluded or sought treatment for problem gambling, you acknowledge that accessing gambling services may carry significant risk.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and are not subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and subsequently is truthful and up to date.

kk38 and the Operators it references are required to verify the identity and age of users prior to processing withdrawal requests and activating certain account features. KYC verification is a standard compliance requirement under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

Typical KYC documentation required may include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of address where applicable, and a selfie or liveness verification check. Specific document requirements are set by the Operator and may vary.

kk38 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, or where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, underage access or AML/CTF risk.

All monetary figures on the Platform are presented in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where stated. Minimum deposit thresholds and accepted payment methods are set by the Operator and are subject to change without notice.

kk38 references Pakistani payment rails including bank transfers and mobile wallet services as familiar local payment examples for informational context only. These references do not constitute a claim that these providers support, endorse or process gambling transactions. Examples include services commonly known to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank accounts at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — cited as contextual references only.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account after the Operator's standard processing and verification time. Timing varies by payment method and individual compliance status.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name may be refused and returned, pending KYC review.
• Currency conversion fees, banking charges and wallet transaction fees are the responsibility of the user and are separate from any amounts credited to your account.
• kk38 does not provide financial advice. Users should consider their financial circumstances carefully before depositing. Never deposit funds you cannot afford to lose.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the Operator's processing procedures, applicable KYC clearance, bonus wagering requirements and any regulatory compliance checks. kk38 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times — actual timelines vary by method, Operator and user verification status.

Bonus figures displayed on the Platform — including Welcome Offers, Sports Starter bonuses, Cricket Weekend promotions and Crypto offers — are illustrative examples only and are not guaranteed live promotions. Actual bonus amounts, terms and availability are set solely by the Operator and are subject to change without notice.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements. Example figures shown on the Platform (e.g., 8× to 12× bonus amount) are illustrative. Actual rollover requirements are set by the Operator and must be confirmed in the Operator's current promotional terms before depositing.
• Minimum Deposits: Bonus activation typically requires a minimum qualifying deposit. Example figures (e.g., PKR 1,000) are illustrative. Confirm current minimums with the Operator directly.
• Validity Windows: Bonuses expire within a stated period after activation or after the qualifying deposit. Expiry examples are illustrative. Unused bonus value forfeited upon expiry.
• Eligible Markets: Certain bonuses apply only to specific betting markets or game categories. Confirm eligibility with the Operator before activating any promotion.
• No Guarantee of Profit: Bonuses increase available wagering balance but do not guarantee profit. All gambling activity carries inherent risk and bonuses do not alter the fundamental risk profile of any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform while under the minimum eligible age or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of third parties.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonus systems, including bonus stacking, arbitrage betting or any form of matched betting that breaches Operator terms.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or redistribute Platform content without authorisation.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, page layouts, software code and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kk38 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from kk38.

Sports league names, team names, tournament names and payment brand names referenced on the Platform (including PSL, ICC, PCB, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) belong to their respective owners. kk38 does not claim ownership of or affiliation with any such brands.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk38 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity, whether with kk38 or any referenced Operator.
• Loss of data, account access or funds resulting from account suspension or closure due to Terms violations.
• Inaccuracies in bonus figures, odds data or payment processing information displayed on the Platform, all of which are illustrative and subject to change by the Operator.
• Service interruptions, technical errors or Platform downtime beyond our reasonable control.
• Consequences arising from your participation in gambling activity in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk38 is registered and licensed to operate. This does not necessarily correspond to the laws of Pakistan.

Users based in Pakistan are specifically reminded that online gambling is subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable legislation. kk38 does not represent that use of this Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. You access this Platform at your own risk and at your own legal responsibility.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
